Originally from Philadelphia, Joe earned a B.S. degree from Connecticut State University and then attended Temple University Real Estate Institute before becoming a realtor in 1976.

Working in the Art Museum area of Philadelphia, Joe gained a great deal of experience in building and renovation, including historic renovation. As an owner of numerous successful rehabilitation projects, he developed a sense of style, but also an appreciation for the practical aspects of remodeling and development and the skills necessary to achieve financial success.

In 1997, Joe and his wife Marilyn moved to Park City with their three golden retrievers where he continued building and selling luxury real estate. His success in creating some of Park City's most beautiful single family homes and marketing fine properties for his clients has earned the respect of the real estate community and the loyalty of his many clients.

As an avid skier, golfer and tennis player, Joe has an exceptional knowledge of Park City's luxury lifestyle communities, but he is active in all areas of Park City real estate.
