Approximate price ranges for Phase III include:

• 2 Bedrooms: $3,250,000 to $4,000,000
• 3 Bedrooms: $4,750,000 to $6,750,000
• 4 Bedrooms: $8,000,000 to $10,000,000
• Penthouses: $12,500,000 to $15,000,000

Reservation Information

Reservation opens December 18th. To secure a Selection Order Number, potential buyers should submit a signed Reservation of Interest Agreement along with a $100,000 refundable deposit within 4 days.

Priority Assignments

• December 28th: Past purchasers and their agents receive priority. Selection Order Numbers will be assigned through a transparent Zoom process. We are priority agents.
• December 29th: Remaining reservations from the general public will receive their Selection Order Numbers, also via Zoom.
• Ongoing Reservations: After December 30th, additional reservations will be accepted, with Selection Order Numbers assigned based on submission timing.

Unit Selection Timeline

• February 14th: Unit pricing, contract form, and disclosures will be released.
• February 24-28th: Buyers will select units in order of their numbers. Contracts must be signed within 2 days, with a refundable earnest money deposit increased to 15% of the purchase price within 5 days.
• Final Earnest Money Commitment: An additional 10% deposit is due by November 1st. The balance of the purchase price (75%) is due upon completion in Summer/Fall 2027.
